"The staff were all very helpful. The spa treatment was amazing, the breakfasts were good, and little touches like a gideon bible in the drawer of our spacious bedroom were just lovely. We will definitely be lioking out for Macdonald's hotels again"

"Very friendly, willing to please staff. Superb breakfast even during renovations. Great location for city centre, eating out and for the port. A pity the significant renovations were not mentioned prior to arrival. Refurbished room almost perfect. Big beds, large window, excellent smart TV, tea, coffee, fridge, water and best of all the toiletries. However, the wardrobe is far too small and there was no thought given to space for hanging up a hand towel and two bath towels."
