The open kitchen is a nice idea and the food and table service is great, but a member of staff swearing in the kitchen spoiled it for me, although he was reprimanded by the chef and manager. "

"The place had a nice calming vibe and was well situated near the docks/city centre. The breakfast was delicious but paying for it in advance, it seemed like the same rate applied to children/adults but at the hotel there was a reduced rate for children. There were a few occasions where our orders were misunderstood, but aside from this the service was excellent. The loft room was very nice and we had a nice view out to sea. The master bed was nice and soft and the loft space bed was hard...
