Overall we had an excellent stay, fantastic location centra to outlet, dock yards, restaurants, Spinnaker tower and the ferry to IOW. On the first night we when we got to the room we noticed some dry paint shavings that had fallen from the ceiling to the floor, staff were happy to love us to another room and apologised. Wayne in particular was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other front of house and manager. Car parking was in gunwharf quays. For breakfast you’re allowed to take away food in brown bags or while paper boxes which was helpful. The rooms are standard with a clean kettle and bed but we loved our stay. Would recommend.

Basic but exactly what you need - decent bed, good shower, solid breakfast. Parking is not clear but if you enter the shopping centre carpark (next door) the staff at reception can validate your ticket for you.

Stayed at this Hotel twice now, it is perfect for the Gunwharf Quays shopping. You also get discount on your car parking and meals at some of the restaurants. All the staff are always friendly and helpful.The hotel rooms are simple- nothing fancy but they have everything you need and for us did the job perfectly. The breakfast has all you need to give a good start to your day as well.
