"Must admit I saw the hotels exterior and didn’t expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely, room was beautiful, bed super comfy and amenities all served their purpose perfectly. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Lovely stay and great location Booked a standard twin room although room pretty cosy with a tiny bathroom just about enough room to close the door without hitting the loo However the location is great as it a ten minute walk to gunwharf quays and ten minutes down to the sea Staff friendly and areas all tidy and clean Yes I will come back but will book a bigger room next time. Didn’t have breakfast as they have increased the price to £16.95 which I think is too dear they no longer let you buy a discounted voucher in advance. "

"Stayed here overnight whilst out on works chrismas do. Service was fab, all staff were friendly and attentive. Room was lovely, very comfortable bed and lovely en suite with huge shower. Breakfast was excellent, great choices."

"This is a old property with loads of character there is definitely need for repairs but nothing that put me off staying breakfast is worth the money......... The only thing that put us off no water pressure so impossible to use the shower and you can't have a wash same thing no pressure "
