The staff was super, and very attentive. The property was easy to get to and the room was well appointed. The foot was terrific and there were many options available. If we get back to Southampton again we would love to stay there again

The bed was sooo comfortable and cozy. The room and common areas very homey and comfortable. Amenities in our room much appreciated and well thought out. We were easily able to find a meal, felt safe walking in the area. Staff very accommodating. We were able to overcome jet lag and settle in.

Lovely place to stay before our cruise, would stay again. But noisy at the front according to our friends so ask for a room at the back. Great facilities in the room, the local area was buzzing.
