I asked to change the room and the staff was helpful to arrange a quiet room for me on the next day. "Great little spot outside the busy downtown area of Florence. Very spacious room with temperature controls and a nice walk in shower and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. There was a strong smell of fresh paint when we arrived and a ladder in the room but no big deal. Opened the window to air it out and the rest of the stay was a blast. "
