"The location was excellent, near the Rialto Bridge and on the Grand Canal. It was an easy walk to St. Marks Square and many restaurants. Hotel was clean and rooms were well appointed. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. I do not recommend the breakfast unless it is included in your room price. It was completely overpriced and does not compare with other breakfasts at similarly priced hotels."

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed plus a washer and dryer. The apartment was close to everything. About a 7 min walk to the Duomo and a 20 min walk from the train station. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard so I couldn’t sleep on it but they had a very comfy sofa which worked great! Overall I would stay here again. Very lovely apt with a great team. Sofia was very helpful and sweet. "

"Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."
