"The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a wonderful place. It was clean and spacious. It was well stocked. It even had bread and jam for us. It had a kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, silverware and plates. The owner, Daniella, runs the clothing store in the same building and was very accessible and helpful. It is close by restaurants and shops and was even a nice sized Pam Local supermarket just a few doors away."

"The house is spacious, interesting and has everything needed for a holiday. The garden is a huge bonus - room to relax with a view (and grapes on the vine!). It was a joy to stay in an historic house in such an interesting town, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a delicious meal at the owner’s restaurant too."

Bruno was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our questions. "This is a lovely spot just off the Ponte Vecchio. I would have given this property 5 stars except there are two things to be aware of: 1) If you have a car, you need to park in one of the garages that are between a .1-.3 mile walk away. You also need to make a reservation on your own at the garage. We were not able to do this because the reservation needed a plate number. When we arrived the garage the property recommended was full. "My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "

Old world elegance and charm

"This elegant and charming hotel is slap bang in the center of Florence. Two minute walk to the Uffizi, one minute fro the statue of Neptune in Relaise Piazza Signora where we sat and watched the world go by. The Duomo was five minutes away. The antiques in the hotel were stunning. The restaurant was very reasonable for a 5 star establishment and the food was first class as was the service. The management went out of their way to help us celebrate a special anniversary ( I won’t say what number but it was substantial!!) The room was spotless and the maid service was very efficient and discrete. It was charming to see the concierge and front of house in proper attire complete with tie AND tailcoat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was fantastic. "

"We meet here for three days with a group of friends. Two of us had cars so the hotel parking was convenient. Cost was €25 per night to park. The hotel was a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The staff were excellent. They provided great restaurant recommendations, made great coffee in the morning and cocktails at the other end of the day. 10/10"

"We checked into the hotel after we had a poor experience with our BnB. The staff were always welcoming! Beautiful rooms! Very clean and very close to the heart of Florence!!! Breakfast was great!! This hotel made the rest of our stay on Florence very pleasant!!!! Thank you staff, especially Anna! Amazing! "

Perfect stay in Florence

"Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."
