"It was awesome! 5th floor with a lift. Perfect location to watch New Years fireworks. Marusca was excellent host. The apartment was just as advertised. We recommend highly!"

The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. "The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services."

They have Laundry, Restaurant, Supermarkets (normal price). Also you can use there Bus service to Florence city (2 Km away from city center) in euro 3.5 pp. Best way to travel from this Hotel, is to take the public bus number 14 which is more convenient for a stop in the city, costing 1.70 cents each way.
