"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "

We really enjoyed the accessibility to the public transportation but also were able to walk to central areas of Florence. The apartment was very clean and loved the decor. "The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much...

"We messaged the property manager as we arrived at the property. Although our arrival time was outside of the checkin time, the roperty manager who is onsite accommodated our check in process right away. The unit was very clean, linen a d towels were clean as well. "The apartment we stayed in is a big studio with a terrace overlooking the walls of the historic city of Siena. Good spot to park included and even a washing machine. Nothing too fancy but very convenient for visiting Siena."

"Location was great. This is not the entire apartment as stated on the booking. When we arrived I questioned and it was explained this is a B&B. But there is no breakfast or any provisions like a b&b. The rental is just a room with bathroom which was ok. The kitchen is shared down the hall and the fridge was off and had old spoiled items in it. There was an espresso machine with all the compliments. But the kitchen was not the cleanest The place was safe and convenient and so we opted to not...
