"The hotel is in a fantastic riverside location and only ten minutes walk from York Minster and town centre facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless, calm and comfortable. The car park was rather tricky to negotiate as it was so narrow and breakfast was a little bit disappointing compared to other Radisson hotels I've stayed in due to the layout of the hotel, our room was quite a walk and the view was of heating pipes on a roof. This wasn't really an issue at all...

"Lovely central hotel & restaurant would stay again but in a front facing room. Rooms at back can be noisy with a busy strip of restaurants so unable to open window as the room very warm even in December without our heating on."

"Nice spa hotel for the money. Very close to bars and restaurants in the town centre . The only complaint was our room was on the first floor near to a noisy extraction fan which sadly was on throughout the night . "

"We had a nice stay. We had a family room which was spacious altho a bit dated. We were also situated next door to a family with babies who were awake during the night so our sleep was interrupted which was frustrating. The beds were also very soft. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the pool was enjoyable. "
