This hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to parks, shops and thermal spa. Would highly recommend"

"As a first time customer, I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. Daily servicing of my room was excellent. Everything was great. On our last night, there was confusion over the outside “Spritz” bar. And it was the same for many customers. I’d approached the bar for a Coke Zero and was told the bar wasn’t open until 5pm (it was 5:08pm) and to only order from the Spritz bar. I did so but was told only what was there, would be available.
