Whatever are they thinking? Room service cleaned my room immaculately but never replenished the teabags that I’d used "

"We had the most amazing time at the Gantry. I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my best friend and we had a lovely twin room on the 17 th floor. It was very quiet and luxurious with robes towels and toiletries. The staff were lovely and I was treated with a surprise call to the room by Khalib singing happy birthday , cake , chocolates and balloons! Lucy the manager could not do enough for us including booking us a taxi to ABBA voyage. Thankyou the Gantry from Sue and Shirley we had the best of times and hope to see you all again! "

"The Stratford is a great property, we were there for 7 nights and didn’t have a single issue. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s easy access to the underground and London attractions and having the mall 200 meters away really helps when you’re hungry and want some food. "
