Examples of this include, the flusher for the toilet being broken, the air-conditioning not operating after a powercut and while the rooms are pleasant they could use a rug for the floors as they are quite cold in the morning and if you don’t bring slippers this can be a bit jarring. The staff were friendly and accomodating even offering me a room change during the late night powercut. Despite the easy fixes I would stay here again as it was...

"My stay was for one night and the hotel suited my needs perfectly. It offered good value for money and the room and bed was comfortable. The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect for a quick weekend stop to be in the heart of East London. It'll give a good reflection of hardcore urban living in London.
