Stayed for 1night before an early flight. Good location with easy parking and very helpful staff. Restaurant was very good too for luggt supper. Great value too. Only downside was aircon seemed to only belt out hot air, even on lowest setting - had to turn it off and resort to opening window which was noisy as so close to planes coming into land.

The hotel is perfectly nice with excellent amenities, a gym, restaurant, clean rooms, etc. The problem is that we stayed there overnight to catch an early flight, and it turns out this hotel is about a 30 minute £8 ride from the airport. So if you are there to catch an early flight, stay at an airport hotel closer to the terminals or stay somewhere on the Stansted Express train line. If your flight leaves at 6:30 AM or later, you can take the first train in, which arrives at 4:30 AM. It leaves Liverpool Station in London an hour before that, but there are small towns along the way, if you prefer.

Parking was a bit of an issue upon arrival as the barrier was broken and everyone was using the hotel car park as a long stay one. The hotel itself was comfortable and convenient for our needs.

Room was lovley. You could hear the talking in the next room so made it difficult to go to sleep with the talling going on. we ate in the restaurant the starter came out cold and had to be sent back. my main came out the plate i could not touch but the food on it was just hot enough to eat... the man surving apologised and offered a discount. i said i did not want a discount i want hot food. the waiter was the best experience in the restaurant..a lot of money for sub standard food. i would not eat there again.

The Hotel was fine and the people were very helpful. I was disappointed to have to pay £4 each way for the courtesy bus. Clearly it isn't a courtesy bus and I think it is unfair, and misleading not to point our to people booking the hotel that this payment has to be made. Especially as with this fee there were other options. The other warning would be that an Uber take 20-30 minutes to arrive. Not your fault, but would be helpful to remind guests who are booking in to plan ahead for an uber. Otherwise great. David
