"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. The host is fantastic with communication and very friendly and providing helpful information. Overall was a very lovely stay and I would recommend "

"Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. "

"We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. I couldn’t imagine being in a hotel room after staying here. It was close enough to the wedding we were going to and not too far from London by underground. The management was responsive and very kind. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone, especially if you have kids. Beds were very comfortable and my...
