"The breakfast choices were great. Loved that I could leave my luggage after check-out. The bed was mushy--they really do need to get better mattresses in the room. I wish I coujld say it was just one room, but I had booked a room with a double bed and was given a room with 2 singles. The twin meds were super mushy. To the staff's credit, they changed my room to what I had booked, and that bed was at least a bit better. Could have been worse, so overall, I would stay there again. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. Really clean and well equipped. Cosy single room but with nice terrace to sit out on. Staff were exceptional and couldn’t have done more to help. Check in was the fastest I have ever encountered! Would certainly recommend and will be staying again when in the area. "

"Overall a perfectly good hotel. It was clean, the staff were excellent, the bed was massive and comfortable, you could have slept 4 in there, and even though we were street side, once the window was closed it was almost total silence. Very impressive. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. It was OK but could have been so much better if the bacon was cooked more, the scrambled eggs were more flavoursome, the hashbrowns weren’t like rubber, not sure what happened there? And...

"This hotel is really good for its purpose. It’s a budget no frills hotel that is very clean with decent rooms. The staff are very helpful and all services work. Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby but there is a Tesco superstore. A little noisy with the window open next to the main road but close the window all good. Overall a good budget hotel within £25 Uber ride of London sights. "

"Taxi was only £6 from Stratford. Quite a bit of road noise. But staff fab, room clean and food lovely. Would have loved some water in the room as bar closed at 11pm."
