"We were located very close to Te Pua and we had multiple tours there. A three minute drive got us there safely. We made full use of the facilities (breakfast buffet, laundry facilities, pool and hot tub. The only negative is that some areas like the hot tub were in need of repair. We still had an enjoyable time."

"No staff on Reception. They should have a bell to summon staff to front desk rather than having guests calling out to see if any staff can hear and /or come to receive guests to check in and or to assist with enquires. "

"All the staff we had interactions with were fabulous, they couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and accommodating 10/10. The establishment is well kept and modern. Plenty of parking, close to petrol station and Woolworths and food outlets. Would recommend."

"King bed room was newly refurbished and immaculate. Good view of lake. Only problem was layout. Settee was placed on same wall as tv so you couldn't watch tv from settee, only from bed. Elderly people would appreciate a seat. Bathroom excellent with large shower and demisting mirror. Pool is great, but a rail on steps would be a help when getting out. We used car charger for our ev. "
