"Lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly. 2 small gripes; I expected a more modern TV to be able to cast to, sink in the bathroom was completely blocked and wouldn't drain at all. Other than that, great stay."

Rooms were a good size and well equipped. Bathrooms could do with updating. Staff were fantastic - could not do enough to help. "

"Well positioned hotel, as a 15 min walk to gunwarf quays. Pool and steam an added bonus. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The hotel kindly gave us a permit to park the car on the road as the car park was full at times. Room clean and comfortable bed. Very warm amd aircon not working. It was late when we returned to the room so I didnt wish to change rooms as offered. Was given a fan quickly. "

"Nice property stayed a few times, keycard didn’t work and then when in the room and the key holder for lights fell off! No restaurant open as a Sunday only the pub style bar. But comfy and clean."

"Lovely place to stay, the only problem was the sloping roof in the bedroom, kept banging head. Also the room was not user friendly for ladies due to no dressing table with mirror."

"One night bed and breakfast stay. Excellent facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools with spa facilities. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The only slight criticism was the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. (Room 18). We choose to have an evening meal at the ferryman pub, just a short walk away but the cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again."

"I never usually leave reviews but this hotel was impressive. Stunning decor throughout, it smelt beautiful, so clean and the bed was so comfy! When I walked into my room the heating was on so it was lovely and warm! The bathroom was luxury and I’m pretty sure it had heated flooring. "Steve provided a friendly, informative and quick check in service before showing us to our room. The room was in very good order and spotlessly clean. It was adjacent to the parking. We ate and drank in the restaurant which offered a reasonably varied menu at a "middling" price point. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked good and was quite cheap. Altogether a very enjoyable overnight stay."
