It has a restaurant, that we have used on other occasions, but this time we took advantage of the nearby restaurants. "We had a lovely stay at the Mal. We parked in Liverpool one and prepaid 24 hour parking for a good rate. Although there is a NCP opposite which looked cheaper I’d maybe look at this next time. The Mal is a short 10 min walk and is close to Albert Dock. Our stay was 10/10. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. Only minor grumble that there was no moisturiser in the room."

"Friendly reception staff , left luggage at hotel before checking in later. No issues. Room large and requested 4 single beds which was done for us. Great location near station, theatre ,museum and bars and restaurants.15 min walk to the docks. Breakfast was lovely "

"Great stay. Had to.get up.early next morning,as flying out from.liverpool airport. The recepion night manager called us a taxi and made us a complimentary cappuccino coffee which was excellent service and it tasted delicious. Thank you."

"Stay was good but nothing more nothing less, looking at some of the rave reviews on here isn’t what we experienced. I found the hotel to be slightly out of the way. Arrived at 13:30 ish and were able to leave our luggage as the room wasn’t ready. When we came back to the room and got in it felt an awful lot smaller than the photos looked online. Lighting was poor for hair and make up. Dispensers in the bathroom shower were all empty. Beds and bedding were decent. We had a wine at Lock and Key...
