"No decafe coffee in the room. I asked at the desk not long after arrival on Friday evening. Was told they would sort it. Nothing was resolved. On leaving the property I was told I could of gone to the restaurant. "

"The room we were given a partial sea view, which was excellent. Our only criticism with the room was the layout, as there werent bedside tables on both sides, there was a big wardrobe, which could have been put elsewhere in the room. Other than that, it was excellent. "

"Onsite parking, cheap compared to other hotels. Great location on the docks. All the comfortable facilities in the room. Very comfy bed and pillow. Was abit disappointed the bath room felt like it had not been properly cleaned the floor seemed to need moping and there was a hair in the bath. The room was very spacious and there are coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t have time to go to the spa and gym but this was a great added bonus. Very nice hotel and everything was thought about. "

"This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all."

"Very clean and friendly staff. This is the 3rd time staying at the liner. The only thing to complain about is the room was very hot, fan was supplied but very noisy. Pillows too hard. "

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

"The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond. The hotel is gorgeous in a great area of town. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Mahmoud the manager was amazing. And Johnny the in-house musician was fantastic "

"I could not fault this hotel. Prime location. Staff were super kind & welcoming. Room was clean, cosy, great size, felt brand new. Bed was honestly a dream. Even the hand soap smelt amazing! Great security too where you need your room card to access corridors so felt safe."

"What an amazing hotel! I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay and ended up extending my stay from one night to 4 nights! That's how much I love Ropewalks. Brandon and Harry have both been exceptional Front Of House. Very polite, kind, eager to assist and offer advice about the Hotel and local area. "The property was handy. Parking was a distance away. The room was very basic, with the bed pushed right up to the wall. Lacking in plug sockets. Nowhere to sit only the bed. "

"Lovely hotel. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and professional. Overall, the cleanliness was good, only thing is, I found an orange stain on one of the towels in the bathroom when we got there. Great location, very central but still nice and quiet. The breakfast was nice. We would stay here again. "
