"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"Loved our stay at hotel Chocolat. Tranquil setting and unique location on a cocoa plantation, there are lovely walks around the grounds especially to the viewpoint over the Pitons from the 'big nature trail'. We enjoyed the view from the restaurant and pool areas while having breakfast and sunset drinks. A couple of the staff were less friendly but generally service was good. Our meal in the restaurant was a bit cold but they were busy and did try and resolve it. We used the free beach shuttle...

There should be a snack bar with simpler, less costly lunch food like burgers. Also, housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for them to be delivered. Very close to achieving an overall excellent rating."
