"First room wasn't top floor like requested w/our VIP Expedia status, was supposed to get us, LOUD kids next door-woke us at 5:45 AM, and our air didn't work. Thought it just needed time to cool down...Nope ! And bedroom ceiling fan didn't work, so super hot to try to sleep, then 2nd night 2:30 AM air thermostat flashing wakes us. It's completely broke. "Beautiful location and a huge range of activities including sports and exercise classes. Very friendly staff and easy to meet other guests. Food generally good and a range of options, although evening buffets mixed. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfy bed and lovely views. Key downside is that the website is poor and unable to book any restaurants or treatments in advance despite being encouraged to do so."

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"The location was great and the beach was beautiful. It was an easy location to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent. The only negatives would be that the property is somewhat dated and we did not have hot water for showers."

"The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Our cook, Merlinda was amazing. The meals were delicious and exactly what I requested. Lydia, her assistant was also amazing. Margueritte, our concierge was available when needed to make reservations and schedule our taxi service with our driver Steven. Our overall experience was wonderful. I would visit and book this home again! I loved it!"

"This is such a beautiful, well maintained property. The view is incredible. It feels so isolated and private, but is only minutes from the amenities of Rodeney Bay. Staff was super helpful and responsive, and also allowed us our privacy during our stay."

Charming cottage located in Cap Estate - Orchid Cottage

"The setting of the property was stellar. The pool was perfect! Couldn't get my wife out of it. The kitchen was adequate. The bedroom is the only room with air conditioning. The toilet had a problem with leaking out the bottom seal. Manager responded quickly with a plumber that said that he couldn't fix it with us there. Real bummer. The property had odors at times and when I checked I saw that the septic tank has drain lines that are not underground, just draining down the property. Overall the people is what truly made this stay! Brian, Lucilla and Illtad were great!"
