"We had access to the bay and marina because of the private dock, so friends who had a boat in the marina could dink over and visit. It is 3-5 minute walk to Rodney bay beach..Great private pool and nice yard. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but we adjusted and lived to tell about it.. Would stay here again. "

"Upon arrive at the place… Air-conditioning – ONLY the bedroom has air-conditioning which you are told cannot go below 74 degrees, the main house there is NO air-conditioning at all. NO where in his AD does it say this. It’s was 90 degrees there and only room where you can be comfortable is the Bedroom with NO TV in it. Mosquitoes – the place was infested with them. "The villa was gorgeous. Short walk or side by side ride down to the cove with the BEST snorkeling. You can swim to the next beach over if you are a good swimmer.
