"Myself, husband, and two young kids had an amazing stay. The hotel felt fancy. We loved the rooftop pool. Very clean. The view was gorgeous! Go get an iced latte at the rumbao market. Try the quesedilla for lunch and the salmon for dinner at the rumbao restaurant. Try the Paradiso cocktail at the bar. The staff was friendly, kind, and quick to help. We really just loved it! "

"Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. "Common areas could use a refresh. There is only one elevator, no outside benches. Check in was challenging. "
