We loved the warm pool, games room and outdoor activity such as the chess board. The reception desk was very friendly. A short drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "

"Easy check in and check out. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable large bed and pillows. Shower was a little temperature temperamental but on the whole good. It was Christmas eve and would have been nice to have been wished a merry Christmas by reception on check out but apart from that, good as always."

"The bedding was really comfortable and all amenities were great, however, the breakfast wasn't as nice as it could be. The sausages were massively overcooked and the mushrooms were boiled or steamed which was a bit gross, they should be fried on a grill. "
