"Lovely hotel and staff. At check-in, Lucy assisted us and gave us a map of the city. She told us all we needed to know about dining options at the hotel and was very pleasant. The restaurant was great and food was delicious. Breakfast is made to order!! The hotel is very convenient and within walking distance to all points of interest. Highly recommend!!"

"Simple check in though we had to wait until the room was ready. To be fair we were early so no issue. Room was huge and comfortable, if the bathroom was looking a little tired. The room was cold and we couldn’t get any heat at all so resorted to asking reception for a plug in heater which they provided. Breakfast was plentiful, though service was lacking somewhat. We waited almost 30 minutes for a latte coffee even with 2 reminders to the waiting staff. Normally they charge £4 extra for what they deem as ‘speciality’ coffees which seems a bit steep on top of the £24 charge for breakfast. However, we weren’t charged as we waited so long. "

"We did a couples trip for a few nights over bank holiday weekend. The hotel was beautiful, location was perfect, the staff were so helpful and overall we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend! "
