Bath was leaking so we told them about that (these things happen) but the bathroom was huge and well presented. Another themed hotel based on the prison that its built around and as part of. "We booked a last minute stay at this hotel and we are really glad we did. The staff were all absolutely amazing, they really made the stay. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite.
