"The staff was always friendly with five star players! The room was quiet and comfortable. We did utilize the pool, the game room (played pool and other fun games), rode bikes, relaxed and enjoyed the grounds. We did not eat at the hotel after trying several different options. The hotel was a good location for us as we were on the go all day doing island tours."

The room is always beautiful, clean and well stocked. If I need anything, the staff is always prompt even if when my request is not urgent. I could go on and on about every positive but there is a character limit. : ) The only “negative” is the fact that I have to go home. From the beautiful island of Kauai to the great Royal Sonesta, it is honestly difficult to leave. That’s why my visits have been closer & more frequent. "
