"Beautiful property with a very nice walkable beach within steps. 4 nice pools to sit around. Biggest complaint regarding pool area is lack of chairs. You literally have to go and scope them out in the morning if you want one. There is more than enough room for at least twice as many as are there. Overall, very nice experience and will stay here again. "

"As they stay in real estate, the three most important factors and considering purchasing a home are location, location, and location. For the location alone, you are not going to find a better property to rent, but the amenities and graciousness of the host go far beyond expectations. Our group had six, which was very easily accommodated with room to spare.Po’ipu Beach is an incredibly popular destination In Kauai. Whereas everyone else will be searching for parking for up to a half an hour, you will be taking a 3o second walk to see the turtles and the seals, watch the whales breach, snorkel and one of the most interesting coves, and body surf/boogieboard on one of the Local inlets. you will not be disappointed!"

"Location awesome, wonderful friendly staff, excellent food, premier chef meals. We enjoyed almost every aspect of this resort but… Only complaint is the bed is way overdue for replacement. For the price of these rooms the beds should be more premium. We feel this would hold us back from rebooking."

"Location, Location, Location. Across from the beach, The house had all needed for our family of 8 adults and 2 children(9 and 12). Down the street was a rental place for the beach plus the house had chairs, umbrellas, ice chest. The view was amazing. Can not say enough about our experience. Ian was very accommodating to our schedule. I would highly recommend"

Comfortable home in great location!

"We have just returned from an 11-night stay at The Catbird Seat and had a great time! The home is exactly as pictured and in an ideal location for enjoying the park and nearby beaches. We enjoyed the sunset each night from the expansive lanai. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen as we prepared all of our meals at 'home', and though we didn't use them, appreciated all the beach stuff (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc.) available for our use. Communication with the host prior to our stay was easy, and though we had no need to contact her, we were given contact info for a local person who could help with any problems should they arise."
