"I emailed ahead for an early check-in and was willing to pay a supplement. I never received a return email. Upon arrival, we were treated rudely and told early check-in was not possible. Couldn't they have communicated that in an email. Also, our bathtub was not cleaned in the morning (we used) and towels were taken away and not replaced. The bathroom was small and the shower was terrible. It had no pressure and was located over the toilet! Further, the location was not convenient to town!"
