"Check in was great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and comfortable and the pool was great. Breakfast was nothing special but filled a hole for a while. The check out was an issue, as the receptionist did not know what he was doing. It took around 30 minutes to check out, which is not ideal when our flight was at 7am! "

"Para ser un 4 estrellas no está a la altura, habitacion pequeña, desperfectos suelo pasillo por no hablar de la zona rodeado de sexshops y puticlubs, tema q hoteles.com podría indicar...ese tema genera mucho ruido y las ventanas del hotel no están insonorizadas..bastante decepcionante insisto para ser un 4 estrellas"

"Lovely hotel and great location. Reception staff very friendly and also the cleaners. Negative - Rooftop bar has amazing views but we were a party of 5 and there was no room for us to have a drink. We could not sit in restaurant area as they were closing and bar area was full. One of the staff members in rooftop bar/ restaurant was not welcoming and quite rude to us No kettle in room Pillows not great. We had 3 rooms Rooms are great value for money but one of the rooms was extremely hot...
