"Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend."

"Really nice hotel with quiet surroundings. Staff were great and helped with everything. Just a few niggly issues with the hotel design and location but this cant be changed easily. Also, the dinner was very poor due to the limited choice. I think its time to sit down with the chef and come up with a new menu that makes sense. "
