So, I first want to mention, this place was on the cheaper side, so my expectations weren’t extremely high. I appreciated the price. The bathroom smelled weird, refrigerator didn’t work, and the remote battery compartment broken. If you decide to stay here, just know, you’ll be getting what you pay for. If you are easily startled by homeless people, you shouldn’t stay here. All that being said, it wasn’t the nicest or cleanest, but I enjoyed my stay for what it was.

Such a poor hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. It says it’s 4 stars but that has to be a lie. The AC didn’t work so at night the room was so hot even in late October. The fridge didn’t work and when I spoke to the front desk they just laughed it off. The room was dusty. I had breakfast included but I had to go to a different hotel. Also I was supposed to have WiFi but they cut off the night before I was supposed to check out.

Overall it was a good choice. Good spot with walkable distance to Messe, great breakfast restaurant, worth of walking to Bristol hotel in the morning. One bad thing is drug sniffers on the street.

I read the reviews about the mouse sightings while traveling to the hotel and was a little worried, but I never saw a mouse. The hotel is very clean. It's near the train station and the whole area around the train station is a little dodgy. That area of Frankfurt has really gone downhill since our last visit in 2019. I'll probably stay near the airport next time.

It’s close to main station and you might think it’s good to be close to tourism area but YOU ARE WRONG ! it feels extremely unsafe. My wife walked to get a sandwich and someone close to the hotel tried to touch her and steal her accessories. We ordered food and people stole our food. I do not recommend at all because of the otherwise the hotel could be acceptable but environment makes it to not worth even for free Pay more and find another place far from this Area
