Hotel and staff are great and an even better value. The location is across the street from the main train station, super convenient. The only down side is the area outside is less than desirable at night. But again, the hotel is great!

A beautiful hotel, the room was nice and comfortable, very modern, our wishes were fulfilled perfectly. We would book there again, the price/performance ratio is very good. Connections are also very good, it is right next to the main train station, you just have to be careful not to walk down the wrong street in the evening, especially as a woman.

The area around the hotel was unsafe. It was an average hotel, the decor is not modern. I personally did not feel comfortable with the room, felt alittle eerie.

Pleasant hotel right next to Frankfurt Main Staition. The area sadly is really dodgy, with some nearby streets “off limits” as suggested by locals and hotel staff alike. That said for our purposes it worked well as we had colleagues coming from all over Germany and the connections (flights and trains) were convenient. I had a street side room which was quite noisy so would recommend bringing ear plugs! The staff were friendly, rooms were average but clean and breakfast was standard fare. Would stay here again if we had a conference nearby but would think twice if visiting as a tourist.

Great location right across from the train station in Frankfurt. Easy access to local and long distance trains. Walkable the many shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Christmas markets. Clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Super friendly staff. No one around the hotel.bothers you. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when we return to Frankfort.

Right next to Frankfurt Main, great convenience for every thing (food, shopping and visit attractions by foot). Property is well maintained. Very helpful front desk staff. Kudos to the service they are providing. This will be my first choice for stay in the future.
