My only complaint is that the swimming pool and spa area needs to have some attention - I visit in May 23 and then again in January 24 and the hot beds were out of order both times and the hot tub was not working - my daughter and I used the foot spa bit the water was only running cold, this was disappointing as this is a spa hotel and I expected more. "We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good power shower. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The negatives are we generally stay in January and the central heating in our room has never worked. The hotel provides an electric heater for the room but it would be better if they could sort out the heating. Also for this standard hotel, the towels are very poor quality - old, thin and very rough."
