Alison even decorated for us, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. Alison was very responsive before our stay in answering any questions we had, and was always available during our stay (even though it was Christmas!). The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. "Super house for a family gathering with easy parking for 4 cars in driveway. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Secure for the dogs to run around the garden and minutes to the beach with sand at low tide. Walk to Lobster Pot for delicious coffee. Communication with Judith and Nick was excellent. The balcony space at first floor was something special. "

Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. "Pretty house, not a lot to do in village but relaxing. Would have liked a bath with jets or a pool table/karaoke/games console for further entertainment. A lot of areas are restricted and most of the facilities cost extra. Pool was an amazing experience though and worth the extra money. Only qualm was the broken ice dispenser and not knowing beforehand, but not a massive deal breaker."

"This is a lovely house that was very comfortable for the six of us, traveling along the south coast of England. It was historic feeling with the older gate house but had modern appliances and great family areas as well as pretty bedrooms. The walk to the sea is an easy, sheltered walkway and in the evenings, we saw local foxes, which was charming, especially for the kids. The house also has a small grocery two-minutes walk away and that was perfect for running over for pain-au-chocolat in the...
