I loved everything. We were walked to our room. There was always someone around if you had a question. It felt like a bed and breakfast without the owner interaction. There was not one thing we did not like. We travel a lot and we would highly recommend this property. We will be returning in the summer and my son is already planning his wedding here (he is not even dating yet)

Stayed here a couple of times when flying from Gatwick. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms we have had have always been warm, spacious and clean.

Large clean bed & room. Efficient shower. Night receptionist kept us awake to a point where I had to get up and speak to her about her constant talking in a loud voice and her music. I don't think she was aware of her loudness because she was wearing ear phones. Restaurant closed.

Ideal in regards lo location to Purple Parking & Airport… Basic customer service on arrival, not overly informative. Room was clean, but missed cobwebs at height, and shower room floor needs replacing. Main reason I will not be reusing, is that the walls are thin and didn’t get much sleep due to noisy neighbour.

Stayed two separate single nights. First night not a comfortable room, very small for two people and noisy and seemed like an add on to the main house. Second night different room in main house. Very nice, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants so it is inconvenient not to have dining in the hotel if you don't have a car and also the taxi fare from Gatwick airport (10 mins) is £25! Ridiculous.

Perfect for what we needed.
Stayed here night before catching a flight. This was perfect for what we needed. Nice room, tastefully decorated with small ensuite. There was a fan in the room if required. Thick heavy curtains which kept the light out. Being so close to the airport means bound to hear the planes but it didnt stop us sleeping atall.Comfortable, beautifully clean, lovely big bed & fresh white linen. Staff were very helpful. Although the hotel isn't currently doing evening meals theres a good chef & brewer just up the road where we had a nice meal. You can also order in takeaway & use the dining area if you wish (takeaway leaflets & list of resteraunts provided in the room). Had a full english breakfast at the hotel & there was also a range of cereals, juices, toast, croissants, yoghurt & fruit all included. We were able to park our car at the hotel for the duration of our holiday. Will definitely stay here again next time we fly from Gatwick

The combined rustic and modern design of the property was quite appealing. It had a homely feeling. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. Would certainly recommend the property.

Have stayed here before because it’s convenient for family. However, it is opposite the end of Gatwick runway, so be prepared for the early wake up call from Easy Jet! Nice little hotel, great breakfast too.

Very relaxing!
Absolutely beautiful property! Added little touches, powerful shower, bed was extremely comfortable. Loved sitting out the front and watching the squirrels, planes taking off, even little frogs. Had a lovely choice for breakfast and plenty of tea! Enjoyed talking to Sharon she was beyond superb & so attentive! Security man was also lovely to talk to. Not a huge issue at all, but might be worth putting a slightly bigger tv in the big room we were in as we found it hard to see the writing/titles. We would definitely come back!
