"The townhouse is much bigger than we expected. We loved sitting out on the deck, grilling our fresh seafood, and swimming in the pool. There are a lot of steps to climb, so be sure to prepare yourself for that. I think I counted around 150 steps from the road up to the unit. It's a lot if you aren't used to the heat and humidity! We climbed them a lot because we walked to town a couple of times a day. Town is just a 10-15 minute walk. There are a few restaurants near the bottom of the steps that are just wonderful. And the coffee shop at the top of the stairs is fabulous and convenient. We visited the nearby Worldmark for breakfast a couple of times and cannot recommend them enough. Great prices, delicious food, and outstanding service.The air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool and minimized any outside noise (mostly some loud birds or a barking dog). The rest of the townhouse is not air conditioned, but that didn't bother us at all, and we were mostly outside on the deck. The pool is so wonderful. We used it every day. It's shared with one neighboring townhouse, and the people there were terrific. We hardly saw them, but when they were there, we enjoyed talking with them. We couldn't figure out the many non-working switches for fans and lights. But, otherwise, the place worked out well for us. We will not soon forget watching the sun rise over the bay while we drank our coffees on the deck. Highly recommended!"

"The best thing about our stay was the host - Guillermo and his wife Marlene went above and beyond: picked us up at the airport no charge; helped us track down my phone after I left it in a taxi :-( ; recommended restaurants; spoke English well and helped with translation; and even presented me with a birthday cake on my birthday! The place is quiet and private and 5 blocks from the beach."

"We loved our stay in this house. We pretty much lived on the outdoor patio enjoying the view of the harbor, the boats, the sunrise, and the birds floating on the thermals. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The whole environment was very comfortable and relaxing, we felt right at home. There are two very good restaurants at the bottom of the steps that go past the house. Both have great views and great food. There is also a little hole in the wall called Club M down the street from the front door that has delicious simple food. The Wyndham in the other direction has a passable restaurant and offers massages by the pool for 528 pesos for an hour. You don't have to be staying there to go in. It was an easy walk into downtown Zihua, maybe 10 minutes. Loved, loved, loved our stay."

"My mother and I stayed for 2 glorious weeks at casa Salida and we just loved it! Our suite was amazing with a breath taking view of the entire Zewat Bay. I’m an early riser and I watched the sunrise every morning and watched the fishing boats coming and going from the harbour below. There are binoculars available in the suite and we enjoyed using them daily. We spent a lot of time in the salt water infinity pool and lounging on the deck.It took 10 mins to hike the trail which is quite steep to town which was convenient and I found Zihuatanejo very walkable and just took a taxi or taxi van (combie) back. We had a wonderful time and our place was everything and more that was advertised! The added secret ingredient was Jamie the care taker who greeted us,took care of us and was full of info and tips with anything we wanted to know! Having Jamie on the premises added a feeling of community and security that was a bonus! Ty! I would definitely stay here again! "
