"Our flight was cancelled and we could not rebook for another two days. This was an excellent stay and a great place to be stranded. Lovely breakfast and close to the beach. I was charmed by the old hacienda feel of the building. There are only five rooms, so it felt very uncrowded. "

"This place was so cute! We booked the king suite and it overlooked the pool. Room was very large and the shower was 10/10. The place was very peaceful and the staff was so kind and accommodating. It was right next to the beach and the grocery store plus tons of restaurants were nearby on the beach. I would definitely return! "

"We had a great time at Marea. The property is beautiful, very nicely kept. The beach is just wonderful, practically all to yourself as there are not many other hotels or restaurants on the beach. "This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something.
