"The staff at Villa Del Palmar are top notch! The food at all of the restaurants were also fantastic! A perfect place to relax by the beach and pool if you aren’t looking for a party atmosphere. But you can take a 45 minute taxi into Cancun easily for that."

No one told me I wasn’t receiving my room until the second they gave me my room key (I was there 5hrs before waiting my room) & wasn’t told a thing! "Overall, we had a great experience. The resort is a little more rundown than it was when we were here in the past. We also arrived to dirty bedsheets, which we were not thrilled about. The à la carte restaurants were delicious, but the rest of the food options were meh. The service and drinks were hit or miss which was not our experience in the past.
