"Everything was clean. Only complaint was the water pressure was really bad, but not sure they can help that. The wi-fi only worked in the main office area. Otherwise, the place was great and the staff were friendly and helpful."

We had a one bedroom unit with a view of the ocean which was amazing - we could see the eastern Caribbean side of the island and also the Cancun shoreline from our unit. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. It is located in the southern part of the island so you would need to rent a golf cart or utilize taxis to get around. We love having the golf cart to explore the island so we were very happy with the location. The staff was wonderful and friendly...

"Great sea view and sound. Fifteen min walk to beach. Easy check/out. Close walk to ferry and restaurants/shopping. Sound carries in the hallway so one neighbor was really loud our first night early in the morning and kept us up. After that, it was a respite from the rest of the island bustle. "
