"On arrival the room was not an executive room the air con control wouldn't respond due to wear,also the lights in the shower were faulty & the final straw was the safe didn't operate. On complaining the Manager move use to a suite which was exceptional but the only criticism of the suite was a 7 in the morning the downstairs speakers from the restaurant were clearly heard in the room I suppose the £5M upgrade forgot that small item of sound proofing. I certainly would have expected a refund...

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

"We enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel.The garden were quiet and.had a partial view of Worthington Lakes. There was no food available when we checked in so had to ha e our evening meal at a pub nearby,which was no hardship. PThe room was nice and the bed comfortable."

"Was there to celebrate my mums birthday 7 people in total in 2 rooms, everything was fine but would have preferred a walk-in shower as my mum can’t get into bath but not available. Receptionist very friendly and helpful but on Friday came back to pickup cases and queue was out the door thankfully a member of restaurant staff got me the cases so didn’t have to stand in queue."

"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the room was a decent size, the bathroom was also a decent size, with a waterfall shower, the water was hot, shampoo, conditioner body/hand wash & body lotion were provided. The breakfast was continental & cooked if you wanted it. The staff were exceedingly friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The Liverbird Building & Royal Albert Dock are about a 10 minute walk away."
