"An absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The decor was exquisite. The rooms were very tasteful and were very big and huge very luxury. Me and my family had a wonderful stay . Customer service was brilliant. It was lovely and clean and luxurious. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again there in March when we return. "

"Really friendly and pleasant local staff. Very good location as a convenient stop over, just off the M6 in north west for those travelling and need a break without the hassle of driving into a city centre. Bar open and restaurant serving food until 2130 which was handy after long drive north. "

"Helpful staff with a warm welcome. Smells beautiful as soon as you walk through the doors. Rooms clean with everything you need. Beds were so comfy. Room service was quick and polite staff. Breakfast delicious too. We’ll be back! "

"Due to problems elsewhere arrived late at hotel to be told we had been put as a no show. There was no phone call or text to warn us about this. It took a lengthy time to get the room reinstated. Other than that it was excellent."
