Bathroom was beautiful and bright, kitchen was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was near so many shops and restaurants and the train station was super close. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"Perfectly good hotel conveniently located for the Excel. We did not sleep due to the heat in the room which we had no control over. We had not been informed that there was work or issues with the heating system. Was disappointed with my main course at dinner which was not served with the baby new potatoes as per the menu description. Instead, without asking me, it came with a rather bizarre potato cake which I was told had vegetables in it but did in fact contain olives. My husband tasted it &...
