"Another excellent stay at the Cove in Canary Wharf - great base for a few weeks in London. However it is time they begin replacing their mattresses - ours was particularly uncomfortable. Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights."

"The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room and its facilities were disappointing for a 4*. There were hundreds of ornaments etc everywhere, far more than shown on the hotel website. We found it overwhelming and I had my first asthma attack in ages whilst there so we stayed in our room which was a shame as I am a librarian and I’d booked there to explore the quirky interior. "
