"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"The flat itself was great but finding it and getting in the property was a nightmare and were not very helpful at first explaining where it was until I sent deposit and had to do this in the street with two cases phone wallet and bank card open "

"The stay was good, checked in very late but called the number in the email and was helped with the checking in process. The apartment had everything we needed and was tidy."

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"It's an old flat that probably cannot be rented without good renovation. Feels like a 20-year-old's first flat mostly empty. It was cold no heating on, the shower as no flow, and half the lights of dead. No wifi With a little love, it would be a great place but in its current state, I recommend avoiding it. "

"This property is in a great location, close to the tube and easily walkable to the Olympic park and London stadium (we came to see the baseball at the stadium!) The main room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy and had all the basics we needed, no tea/coffee provided but there was a supermarket over the road and coffee shops and cafe’s close by. It was perfect for our weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay. "

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. "I would leave the building through the public street exterior entrance which always smelled like sewage. Not that much air conditioning. Besides that, the bed had that the right amount of pressure to my muscles and the regulation to the water temperature in the shower was well adaptable to my range of body heat."

"The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, supportive and informative. I really appreciate that the option is available to purchase food and drinks after hours. Each last member of staff were very decent and a joy to interact with. I soooo appreciate their hospitality and assistance. The surrounding areas are stunningly beautiful, especially the park in front of the hotel. The stores within this area are unique and enjoyable to visit. The hotel was pristine clean. The property and facilities were excellent. I really appreciate your help and I will highly recommend this facility to any wouldbe traveller. "
