"The staff speaks basic English, the rooms are clean and there's daily housekeeping if you request for it. The only drawback was theres hardly and trash bin in the hotel except in the rooms. There's a little convenient storencorner which only accepts cashless paynentm however, theres no bins around to dospose off the instant noodles that's sold there. That is really inconvenient. Otherwise, the stay is satisfactory. As the location is near to malls and subway station"

"Great atmosphere and service at check in. Location right next to airport subway which was convenient. Close walking to things. Most spacious room we had in Japan through our travels but the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all"

"Recommended 👍 good location which is just in the middle of Tenjin and Canal City, easy access to both main area in Fukuoka, restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. Hotel staff are very nice, we are able to get a 3-beds room upon arrival, room size is very reasonable as compared to other hotels in Japan. The in hotel spa is definitely an add on bonus! "
