"The rooms were damp and smelled mildew. Was preferred status, however, was not shared all of the preferred amenities. Finding your way around the property was problematic. No map was provided. The staff didn't seem like they were overly happy to have jobs. The traveling back-and-forth to the beach was challenging given the traffic. The resort can't do anything about that, need to be very clear about the transport back-and-forth being time consuming."
