"We had an incredibly poor experience, we booked the house the day before and it was confirmed via email (VRBO emails) however no specific check in instructions. We wandered Tulum in the pouring rain and couldn’t find the location. I had messaged the host 3x with no response. We gave up and scrambled for a hotel room. "

"This property was perfect for our 50th birthday celebration girls trip! The communication with the host and on site concierge staff was Amazing! The daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Chabely and Miriam were so wonderful to work with. They helped us with airport transfers, private chef dinners, excursions, receiving our grocery delivery, anything we needed!
